マストドンで削除したツイートが、他の連合サーバーでも削除されるかどうかは、その連合してるサーバーのポリシー次第ってことでいいんだっけ？
そうすると「連合から届いたトゥートが後で削除されてもうちのサーバー上のそのコピーは削除されないよ」みたいなサーバーがあるのであれば（あるの？）、自分のトゥートをあとで確実に削除したい人はそのサーバーをドメインブロックとかしないといけないということ？

should なので例外はあるにせよ、サーバーのポリシーによるとは言えないかなと思います。これとclient to serverの箇所にはdeleteされたオブジェクトをリクエストされたら410か404で応答すべき(should)とあるので、基本はdeleteアクティビティを受け取ったら削除せよ(表に出ないようにしろ)でいいと思います(DB内には元のコンテンツが残るかもしれないですが)。

なるほど、ActivityPub 
側でそういう風に決まってるのであれば（少なくとも ActivityPub の仕様に準拠するって意味では）連合サーバー側でも該当トゥートは削除されるべきもの、ってことなんですね 
@nibushibu 自分も気になって読んだだけですが、基本の仕様としては削除でよさそうに思います。行儀の悪いサーバーが存在することは多分否定できないと思いますが。
